I hereby certify that all the information and data mentioned herein and all the attached documents provided to the Company are accurate and precise without any liability incurred upon the Company and that I shall advise the Broker in writing of any changes that may occur to any of the data stipulated herein within 1 month.

I hereby acknowledge that the funds I own were obtained from legitimate and legal sources and had no relation to legally and internationally recognized sources of money laundering, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 80 of 2002  promulgating anti-money laundering and its executive regulations, the Prime Minister’s Decree No. 3331 of 2023 and the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) regulations and any amendments issued in this regard.

I, hereby acknowledge that I am legally authorized to conclude this Contract that I have read and finally agreed to all the Articles of this Contract, all its Addendums, as well as the forms of investment risks disclosures for all activities and mechanisms and the applicable systems for carrying out transactions with the Company within the implementation of this Contract. 

Provided that the specialized mechanisms/services that I wish to use are as follows: 

1. Research Unit and Reporting Service
   I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge my review and final approval of the regulating rules and paying the service fees.
    
2. Dealing through the Intraday Trading System 
   I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge my review and final approval of the regulating rules and the risk disclosure form for dealing in the securities market in general as well as those regulating Intraday Trading. 
    
3. Online Trading Service 
   I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge my review and final approval of the regulating rules and the risk disclosures form for dealing in the securities market in general as well as those regulating online trading service. I further acknowledge that I have received the user name and password of the service. 
    
4. Global Depositary Reciepts Trading Service (GDR)
   I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge my review and final approval of the regulating rules and the risk disclosure form for dealing in the securities market in general as well as those regulating Global Deposiatory Reciepts (GDR).
    
5. Foreign Securities Trading
   I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge my review and final approval of the regulating rules and the risk disclosure form for dealing in the securities market in general as well as those regulating Foreign securities trading.

الإقرارات:

أقر بأن كافة المعلومات والبيانات المذكورة بالعقد ومرفقاته صحيحة وجميع المستندات المرفقة المقدمة للشركة صحيحة و دقيقة وبدون أدنى مسئولية على الشركة وأتعهد بإبلاغ الشركة بأي تغييرات قد تحدث في البيانات السابقة وذلك خلال شهر من تاريخ حدوث تلك التغيرات.

كما أقر بأن الأموال التي امتلكها قد حصلت عليها من مصادر شرعية و قانونية وليست لها أي علاقة بمصادر غسيل الأموال المتعارف عليها قانونيا ودوليا وذلك طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم 80 لسنة 2002 الخاص بمكافحة غسل الأموال ولائحته التنفيذية وقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 3331 لسنة 2023 و قرارات مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية ، وأية تعديلات تصدر في هذا الشأن.

أقر أنني مخول قانوناً للتعاقد ، و بأنني قد قرأت و أوافق على جميع ماورد في هذا «العقد » و كافة مرفقاته و نماذج الإفصاح عن المخاطر الاستثمارية لجميع الأنشطة و الآليات والأنظمة المطبقة، في قيامه بالمعاملات مع « الشركة » موافقةً نهائيةً في نطاق تطبيقه.

على أن تكون الآليات والخدمات المتخصصة التي أرغب في استخدامها:

1. خدمة تقارير الوحدة البحثية 
   أقر أنا الموقع أدناه بإطلاعي و موافقتي النهائية على القواعد المنظمة وسداد مقابل الخدمة.
    
2. التعامل من خلال نظام التداول في ذات الجلسة
   أقر أنا الموقع أدناه بإطلاعي و موافقتي النهائية على القواعد المنظمة و بيان الإفصاح عن المخاطر للتعامل في سوق الأوراق المالية بصفة عامة وكذلك المنظمة للتداول في ذات الجلسة.
    
3. خدمة التداول الإلكتروني
   أقر أنا الموقع أدناه بإطلاعي وموافقتي النهائية على القواعد المنظمة وبيان الإفصاح عن المخاطر للتعامل في سوق الأوراق المالية بصفة عامة و كذلك من خلال خدمة التداول الإلكتروني وسداد مقابل الخدمة و باستلامي لاسم المستخدم و كلمة السر الخاصين بالخدمة.
    
4. خدمة تداول أوراق مالية أجنبية
   أقر أنا الموقع أدناه باطلاعى و موافقتي النهائية على القواعد المنظمة و بيان الإفصاح عن المخاطر الخاصة بالتعامل على الأوراق المالية الأجنبية الغير مقيدة في البورصة المصرية.
    
5. خدمة تداول شهادات الإيداع الدولية
   أقر أنا الموقع أدناه باطلاعى و موافقتي النهائية على القواعد المنظمة و بيان الإفصاح عن المخاطر الخاصة بالتعامل على شهادات الإيداع الدولية.
