- The company holds no legal obligations to compensate for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's misuse, unauthorized access, or improper handling of the platform.
- The client understands and accepts that trading in the stock market involves inherent risks including but not limited to the risks mentioned in the contract.
- The client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for conducting their own research, making investment decisions, and managing their trading activities.
- The company strongly advises clients to seek independent financial advice and exercise caution when engaging in online trading activities.
- The content provided on the application's pages is intended for personal use only. It is not meant for solicitation, distribution, or utilization by any individual or entity in any jurisdiction where such activity would contravene applicable laws or regulations. Furthermore, it does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or other financial instruments, nor does it provide any investment advice or services.
- The company has the right to accept or reject the application for registration with the services of the electronic platforms of the company according to its absolute discretion and without any responsibility on the part of the company in all cases.
- The Client acknowledges that the company shall keep electronic records of all communication with the customer and his received instructions via the application with his consent.
- The Client acknowledges his agreement that the Company will not be responsible for the trades that the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) cancel, given that the reason for the cancellation is not due to the Company and without role of the company.
Beltone does not provide any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the security of this application. This includes any unauthorized interception or access to information transmitted by you through the application.
Neither we nor any third-party content providers on this application offer any warranty or guarantee concerning the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials provided. It is acknowledged that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly disclaim liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

من خلال استخدام منصة التداول عبر الإنترنت الخاصة بنا، يقر العميل ويوافق على ما يلي:
- لا تتحمل الشركة أي التزامات قانونية لتعويض أي خسائر أو أضرار أو مسؤوليات ناشئة عن سوء استخدام العميل أو الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعامل غير الصحيح مع المنصة.
- يفهم العميل ويقبل أن التداول في سوق الأسهم ينطوي على مخاطر متأصلة تشمل، ولكن لا تقتصر على، المخاطر المذكورة في العقد.
- يعترف العميل بأنه مسؤول وحده عن إجراء أبحاثه الخاصة، واتخاذ قرارات الاستثمار، وإدارة أنشطته التجارية.
- تنصح الشركة بشدة العملاء بالبحث عن مشورة مالية مستقلة وممارسة الحذر عند الانخراط في أنشطة التداول عبر الإنترنت.
- المحتوى المقدم في صفحات التطبيق مخصص للاستخدام الشخصي فقط. وليس الهدف منه الترويج أو التوزيع أو الاستخدام من قبل أي فرد أو كيان في أي ولاية قضائية حيث قد يتعارض هذا النشاط مع القوانين أو الأنظمة المعمول بها. علاوة على ذلك، لا يشكل عرضًا أو دعوة لشراء أو بيع أوراق مالية أو أدوات مالية أخرى، ولا يوفر أي مشورة أو خدمات استثمار.
- تمتلك الشركة الحق في قبول أو رفض طلب التسجيل في خدمات المنصات الإلكترونية للشركة حسب تقديرها المطلق وبدون أي مسؤولية على الشركة في جميع الحالات.
- يقر العميل بأن الشركة ستحتفظ بسجلات إلكترونية لجميع الاتصالات مع العميل وتعليماته المستلمة عبر التطبيق بموافقته.
- يقر العميل بموافقته على أن الشركة لن تكون مسؤولة عن الصفقات التي تلغيها الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية (FRA) وبورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية (EGX)، شريطة أن يكون سبب الإلغاء ليس بسبب الشركة وبدون دور من الشركة.
لا تقدم بلتون أي ضمانات، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية، بشأن أمان هذا التطبيق. يشمل ذلك أي اعتراض غير مصرح به أو وصول إلى المعلومات المرسلة من قبلك عبر التطبيق.
لا نحن ولا أي مزود محتوى من طرف ثالث في هذا التطبيق نقدم أي ضمان أو تأكيد بشأن دقة أو توقيت أو أداء أو كمال أو ملاءمة المعلومات والمواد المقدمة. ويُقر بأن هذه المعلومات والمواد قد تحتوي على عدم دقة أو أخطاء، ونحن نخلي مسئوليتنا بشكل صريح عن أي من هذه الأخطاء أو العيوب إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون.
